손목의 관절(wrist joints)

An ellipsoid synovial joint, allowing for movement along two axes. 

Flexion, extension, adduction and abduction can all occur at the wrist joint. 

Ulna is not part of wrist joint.

2. Forces through wrist

1) 55% force transmitted through Radioscaphoid Joint 

2) 35% through Radiolunate Joint 

3) 10% through TFCC 

4) Biomechanics and instability can alter this significantly.
