유아기 골절(Toddler’s fracture)

An undisplaced spinal fracture of the tibia. 

Occurs in children from 9m to 3y. 

Caused by a fall or by the child getting a foot caught between the slats of the crib and then rolling over. 

The baby, often too young to verbalized its complains, may evidence only mysterious refusal to bear weight on the extremity.
