틸로 골절(Tillaux fracture)

Not common. 

Occurs during external rotational force of the foot. 

The anterior tibiofibular ligament avulses the anterolateral portion of the distal tibial epiphysis. It usually occurs between the ages of 12-14 years as the growth plate closes from medial to lateral. 

These injuries require emergent orthopedic consultation.
