[면역학]비만세포(Mast cell)

1. 정의

말초혈액 속을 순환하는 호염기구가 조직에 들어간 것이 비만세포이다. 그러므로 이 두가지는 같은 것이라고 생각하자. 호염기구는 과립구의 하나이다. 과립을 갖기 때문에 과립구라고 하지만, 호염기구의 과립 속에는 histamine을 비롯한 화학물질이 가득 들어 있다. 비만세포의 막 표면에는 Fc receptor를 매개로 하여 IgE 항체가 결합하고 있다.

2. Activation 인자

1. Allergen : Mast cell membrane의 IgE에 대한 receptor와 결합 -> mast cell activation, degranulation -> chemical mediator 분비

2. 비면역학적인 자극 : mechanical and thermal trauma, venom, anaphylatoxin, drug(plasma expander, muscle relaxants, morphine, polymyxin-B, radiocontrast media, calcium inophores)

3. Mast cell이 분비하는 chemical mediator
