1. Biparpatite patella

① Obtain bilateral views 

② Saupe Classification (Saupe H, Deutshe Z Chir 1943;258:386).

Type I : Inferior pole of the patella (5%)

Type II : Lateral margin (20%) 

Type III : Superolateral pole (75%) 

③ Accessory ossification center 

④ Occurs 1-2% of patients

2. Tripartite patella

2. 종자뼈(Fabella) : Anormal sesamoid bone of the lateral head of gastrocnemius tendon(Not to be mistaken for a fracture or loose body)

3. Normal apophysis of tibial tuberosity

4. Femoral condyle의 후상방 cortex는 불규칙적일 수 있습니다.
