2) Inferior : superior margin of subscapularis 

3) Apex : intertubercular groove 

4) Base : coracoid process

1) Extra-articular : Coracohumeral ligament 

2) Intra-articular : Superior glenohumeral ligament, Biceps tendon long head 

3) Reinforced by, confluent with overlying capsule 

4) Frozen shoulder에서는 thickness
