Cuff arthropathy

1. Sclerosis, atrophy, or irregularity of greater tuberosity 

2. Notching between greater tuberosity and articular surface 

3. Acromio-humeral distance < 6mm 

4. Lateral new bone formation, erosion, and sclerosis of the undersurface of the acromion
