견봉골(Os Acromiale)

Failure of one of the acromial ossification centers to fuse.

It is present in 5% of the population. Usually it is regarded as a normal variant. 

It may cause impingement because if it is unstable, it may be pulled inferiorly during abduction by the deltoid, which attaches here.
